Mayor Kelly, local huntsman, and Dolly Stark, of Brooklyn, New York, enjoyed a hunting expedition one day this wee.k Chas. Major W. R. Flemkfi, an ex-Russian soldier, formerly of Moscow, Russia, a Polander by birth, who served in the Russian army during the war between Greece, Turkey and Russia in 1897, and who has been a guard in I he Siberian mines, was in our cily last week in the interest of the Gospel Army, of which he is the founder, and while in the city paid the Times an appreciated visit.
